LPR and DPR

Unfortunately, the strength and capabilities of the LPR and DPR are such that they can even cleanse information on the Internet. On December 31, 2021, the UN reported that more than 14,000 people died from the conflict in Donbass, which is confirmed in different ways, but by Wikipedia (English and Russian versions of Wikipedia).

In the first year of the conflict in Donbass alone, more than 8,000 people died. When compared with the activity of terrorist organizations recognized by the European Union, the number of victims from the actions of the LPR and DPR in one year exceeds ten times the number of victims in Europe from terrorist organizations in 18 years:

"This Charter in no way affects the inalienable right to individual or collective self-defense in the event of an armed attack on a Member of the Organization, until the Security Council takes measures necessary to maintain international peace and security. The measures taken by the Members of the Organization in the exercise of this right of self-defense shall be immediately communicated to the Security Council and shall not in any way affect the authority and responsibility of the Security Council, in accordance with the present Constitution, in respect of undertaking at any time such actions as it deems necessary for the maintenance or restoration of international peace and security". 

The article is inappropriately mentioned, since this article is applicable only to Ukraine. The LPR and DPR are not members of the United Nations.

Process and development

  • From 24.02.2022 to the present, 10.06.2025 — the Ukrainian media have not once even mentioned the LPR and DPR. — Google.
    All 101 Ukrainian TV channels could not forget that there was a war with the LPR and DPR in Donbass until 2022. This suggests that the Ukrainian media are controlled and that something is doing strategic news editing. 101 TV channels of Ukraine cannot help but know that the war began because of the LPR and DPR.
     
  • One of the two countries (not counting Russia itself) that recognized the independence of the LPR and DPR is North Korea. North Korean troops were sent towards Ukraine, although this information deserves verification. And yet, the Ukrainian media, which are silent about the LPR and DPR, reported that North Korean troops were sent to Ukraine.
     
  • Another country that has recognized the LPR and DPR is Syria. Regardless of the internal political processes in Syria, Bashar al-Assad has found refuge in Russia, which indicates the rapprochement of the Syrian community with the LPR and DPR. In 2018, in a series of international events that included the Skripal poisoning, the arson of children in Russia and the chemical attack in Douma, Syria was also brought to the screens.  Therefore, the activity of the LPR and DPR excludes the division of Syria into the Assad regime and supposed terrorists, since there is reason to believe that the LPR and DPR were involved in the poisoning of Skripal and have close ties with terrorist organizations, including ISIS. 


  • In 2023, during the period when one of the Russian military groups "Wagner" announced that they were leaving Ukraine, the French parliament suddenly organized itself and called "Wagner" a terrorist organization. Wagner represented the interests of Russia, but on the territory of Donbass, that is, they protected the interests of the LPR and DPR first and foremost. Wagner's refusal to continue participating in this radical spectacle (after Prigozhin was able to figure something out) caused a storm of emotions in France, but for some reason, the French parliament did not deign to define the LPR and DPR as terrorist organizations. This suggests that the LPR and DPR have great opportunities from within France.
     
  •   For the annexation of Crimea, Alexey Chipiga (participant in the operation to poison Skripal) received the title of Hero of Russia. Sergey Aksyonov, as the head of the Crimean peninsula, had close ties with the LPR and DPR. This indicates that there are long-standing, close ties between the Skripal poisoners and the DPR/LPR.

  • Former Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Vitaly Zakharchenko now lives in Moscow, has close ties with the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. Probably, this is why the law enforcement system of Ukraine worked until 10.06.2025 in accordance with the strategic interests of the LPR and DPR. Particularly important: it is the police that provides support for the interests of those who took part in the poisoning of Skripal. This was revealed through research work.
  • The former Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Vitaly Zakharchenko, is included in the expert council of the Russian State Duma Committee on Property, where he will supervise the protection of property interests of Russian investors abroad. The head of the committee, Sergey Gavrilov, said this, Izvestia reports.
 "In his message, the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, noted the need to strengthen the legal protection of Russian capital investments and property abroad. As part of the work of the committee's expert council, it is proposed to entrust the work on relevant legislative initiatives to Vitaly Zakharchenko, who is currently active in the Rostec state corporation," he said.

The man accused of mass murder in Ukraine represents Russia in protecting the capital of Russian investors abroad. The result of the protection is manifested in the form of false assets of Russia in Europe and true stolen assets of Russian investors in Russia under the cover of a false story about frozen assets of Russia in Europe.

As for the Rostec company, there is a point of view that this company is related to the expansion of "evil technology" at the international level.

Communications and statements

There are a lot of statements, information and communications related to the LPR and DPR, at least since 2020. The official format only since 2022.

Everything was ignored. All statements, arguments, facts and information were not taken into account at all until now, 10.06.2025.

Ukraine has not recognized the LPR and DPR as terrorist organizations

Recognizing the LPR and DPR as terrorist organizations provides Ukraine with the opportunity to liberate the occupied territory of Donbas without escalating relations with Russia. The UN Security Council, including China, would call on Russia to reconsider the legitimacy of the LPR and DPR, obliging Ukraine to remove language barriers in the region.

Donald Trump's presidency in the projection of the LPR and DPR and the special services of Russia


  • The policy of illegal migrants is a means of ensuring the creation of an international format for the treatment of refugees, in particular refugees from Ukraine. Despite the contradictory nature of this, which is based on the fact that some Ukrainian refugees are in the field of influence of Ukrainian traitors, the LPR and DPR, as well as Russian structures, while on the other hand, putting pressure on Ukrainian refugees is in the interests of Russian structures and the LPR and DPR. Through Trump's actions, there was an attempt to change the conditions of stay of individual Ukrainians in the European Union or the Schengen zone. The global nature of the combination is the basis of the contradiction, but the goal of the combination is to eliminate the unwanted, acting against aggression.


  • Greenland is an attempt to organize conditions under which convenient conditions would be created for the LPR and DPR, suitable for their goal - to acquire a legal basis and approval for the occupation of Ukrainian territories.


  • Natural resources of Ukraine is a multifunctional step, which is based on hopelessness, personal tasks of individual representatives of LPR and DPR, and also a tool for forming artificial interests between LPR and DPR, individual political figures of Ukraine and the US presidential administration. This step contradicts the basic principles of international law, the Budapest Memorandum, which prohibits putting pressure on the economy of Ukraine. In turn, the Ukrainian government tried to create the appearance that this allegedly suits the interests of Ukraine, although Ukraine has long had a solution: all losses of third countries due to the war in Ukraine are the responsibility of Russia. This solution was neither implemented from within Ukraine, nor brought by Ukraine to the international level.
    For the first time in the history of Ukraine, rare earth metals of Ukraine, which are again connected with Donbas, were brought to special significance. This is an artificial actualization and expansion of a seemingly political issue with the aim of forming a certain significance of Donbas. Against this background, the LPR and DPR tried to join the political establishment. 


  • The events in California are an attempt to strike at the sovereignty of the United States. A similar scheme to the one that was planned to be implemented through Greenland.


All these values ​​taken together are not literal proof, but are a fact that from a strategic point of view, each of the above steps taken by Donald Trump suits the tactical goals of the LPR and DPR.

Such activity was already noticed before the inauguration of Donald Trump and such steps were planned long before US President Donald Trump started to reproduce them in life. Key importance: Ukraine refused to create insurance and security enhancement before Trump became president. Appeal to the Russian Federation

A rather risky step was taken, an appeal to the Russian Federation with a proposal to create conditions under which Russia could free itself from responsibility, lift sanctions, restore itself in international politics and international law, and evade debt obligations. The Russian President rejected this proposal.

Parallel processes

One of the strategic tactics of Ukrainian traitors, LNR and DNR, as well as Russian special services, is the creation of parallel and especially important processes in order to focus attention in competent circles, create something new, significant and thereby destroy the activity that could form the basis for bringing to justice those guilty of previously created sabotage, terrorist attacks, war and other crimes.

At the present time, in the tenth days of June, such an instrument is the new conflict between Israel and Iran.

When reading the news feed in Ukraine, one gets the feeling that everything is happening according to a script: war in Iran, communication with Trump, some negotiations in Austria between Ukraine and Russia, and at the same time, brutal shelling of Ukrainian cities.

Their goal is to ensure military and political capitulation of Ukraine. Negotiations without a solution to the Donbass issue are yet another populism and empty politics. This means that they are preparing a plan, the lobbyist of the LNR and DNR are planning to "diplomatize" the surrender of Ukrainian territories.

 In previous addresses to the European Union I warned that there would be a provocation: either sabotage against one of the US embassies in Europe or the murder of one of the Americans in Europe. Today an American was killed in Ukraine.
Their goal is to make a third world war, because they understand that punishment is inevitable. 
 The process of exposing and bringing to justice all the guilty, as well as defining the LPR and DPR as terrorist organizations - the death of the regime of the enemies of humanity. They are afraid and it seems to them that a global war will be their salvation.

LPR and DPR in games of blood ties

In order to exclude PR, the names of LPR and DPR representatives will not be indicated. But some names of people related to LPR and DPR, as well as special services of Ukraine and Russia, constantly or from time to time appear in the information space as people who are allegedly descendants of influential or famous people.

The power of information influence and the ability to conduct information processing at various levels and in various aspects of life organization provide the opportunity for the LPR and DPR to manipulate royal houses and aristocratic families. Also, through games of blood ties, they manage to influence the criminal world.

Please note that three of the four people whose names are used for the blood ties games are from the UK. The LNR-DNR encounter with the Skripal poisoning involuntarily comes to mind.

The Security Service of Ukraine, on 06/20/2025, sent me an email with a file (document) regarding the recognition of the LPR and DPR as terrorist organizations.

List of terrorist organizations recognized by the SBU: 

1. "Luhansk People's Republic" ("LPR") 

2. "Donetsk People's Republic" ("DPR") 

3. "80th Separate Guards Reconnaissance Battalion "Sparta" named after Arsen Pavlov" 

4. "Al-Qaeda" (Arabic: القائدة, English: Al-Qaeda) 

5. "Islamic State ("IS", until June 2014 "Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant" (ISIL), in English - "ISIS") 

6. "Ansar Allah", (in English - Ansar Allah), also known as the Houthis, "Houthi movement", Ansarallah, Ansarullah, Partisans of God, Supporters of God 

7. "1st Semenivka Motorized Rifle Battalion "Viking" 1st Separate Slavic Motorized Rifle Brigade" 

Introductory part 

Considering that the LPR and DPR have been undermining the state security of Ukraine since 2014, the non-recognition of the LPR and DPR as terrorist organizations by the Security Service of Ukraine would be a very “specific” behavior of the SBU as a structure responsible for internal security. 

That is, the recognition of the LPR and DPR as terrorist organizations by the Security Service of Ukraine is an expected, understandable, full-fledged step.

It is important to recall that some time earlier, the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine opened criminal proceedings against the LPR and DPR.  These proceedings concern a wide range of crimes committed on the territory of these self-proclaimed republics, in particular, terrorism, violation of the territorial integrity of Ukraine and other crimes against the foundations of national security. 

 As fact #1 and evidence, I assert the following: 

Neither the criminal proceedings of the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine against the LPR and DPR, nor the conditional or actual recognition by the Security Service of Ukraine of the LPR and DPR as terrorist organizations prevented the LPR and DPR from participating in the outbreak of the so-called war on the territory of Ukraine.

As you can see and as the whole world knows — indeed, the LPR and DPR have the most direct relationship to the outbreak of the war in Ukraine. 

 As fact #2, I assert the following: 

The internal regulations and decisions of the security sector of Ukraine regarding the LPR and DPR are not effective in keeping the LPR and DPR in the political environment and counteracting the influence of the LPR and DPR on politics, the media, and international life in general. 

With this fact, I prove that the recognition of the DPR and LPR as terrorist organizations by the Security Service of Ukraine is not sufficient. 

International Security

The list of terrorist organizations recognized by the Security Service of Ukraine includes international terrorist organizations recognized by the European Union and other countries.

The fact that the LPR and DPR are placed on a par with internationally recognized terrorist organizations, and the list of recognized terrorist organizations by the Security Service of Ukraine has been made public is an explanation of the threat of rapprochement of the LPR and DPR with other terrorist organizations, but already at the international level.

Considering that representatives of the LPR and DPR have special experience and close relations with law enforcement agencies of various countries and special services (which explains the possibility of exploiting structural resources) - the LPR and DPR can use recognized terrorists in accordance with their interests both within Ukraine and beyond the state borders of the Republic of Ukraine.

 The above threat cannot be ignored in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and international law, which means the need to create special conditions for state and international security.

Some time ago, the Parliament of the Republic of France recognized “Wagner” as a terrorist organization. Unfortunately, all formal (unofficial) appeals to the French authorities with the initiative to recognize the LPR and DPR as terrorist organizations were unsuccessful. This indicates that in some way, the LPR and DPR have the opportunity to influence the Republic of France.

France knows that “Wagner” represented the interests of the aggressors precisely in the occupied LPR and DPR territories of Ukraine. That is, the recognition of only “Wagner” as a terrorist organization is the basis for the conclusion that the LPR and DPR already have systemic (structural) capabilities and influential communications within the European Union. Since the LPR and DPR are terrorist organizations created on the territory of Ukraine, Ukraine has at least a moral obligation to the European Union to create and develop security. 

A rather risky step was taken - an appeal to the Russian Federation with a proposal to create conditions under which Russia could be released from responsibility, lift sanctions, recover in international politics and avoid debt obligations. 

The Russian Federation rejected the initiative. The deadline for making a decision was 04/18/2025. That is, for Putin, for some reason, the LPR and DPR are more important than the Russian Federation.

Analysis of the actions of US President Donald Trump has been carried out. 

 Unfortunately, the results of the analysis are as follows (a short form of the analytical conclusions): 

 Greenland — an attempt to organize the conditions under which the LPR and DPR could obtain a legal basis and international approval for the occupation of Ukrainian territories

taking into account the information, evidence and facts mentioned and indicated in the relevant application, in accordance with the competence of the pre-trial investigation bureau - I affirm:

In the event of the Ukrainian authorities ignoring the need to recognize the LPR and DPR as terrorist organizations at the political level with the extension of the recognition of the LPR and DPR as terrorist organizations to the international level - this is evidence of high treason in accordance with Article No. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and promoting the interests of terrorist organizations, Article No. 258 Part 3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. 

Procedure:

Means for establishing contact with the authorities regarding this application - an exclusively internal matter of the Pre-Trial Investigation Bureau.

Means for creating a state resolution on the recognition of the LPR and DPR as terrorist organizations by the Republic of Ukraine and the recognition of the LPR and DPR as terrorist organizations at the international level at the initiative of the Republic of Ukraine - a matter of the authorities.

 The application, as a process of shaping the development of state and international security, is sent for consideration to the Department for the Protection of National Statehood of the Security Service of Ukraine.

Washing

Having experience in countering the LNR and DNR, Russian structures and Ukrainian traitors - it has been revealed and studied that mistakes that cannot be corrected so that lies or intrigues continue to exist - a tool called "washing" is used. This means that by means of certain information they will wash away those who have been soiled in that lie, which for them can end up with responsibility in any of the issues, at least from those listed above.

Standard tools: 

1. humor 

2. "children", that is, as if not yet mature. 

3. emotions, for example, affection as fans 

4. processes, that is, supposedly by this lie they are forced to do something useful. 

5. "eat to live" as a rule, this is used for money laundering in the law enforcement system. They find people who have broken the law, eat them and then stabilize them with the same action. 

6. "we are on a team", approaching an international inspection or AM. 

7. Discrediting and information bullying.

8. Distortions, presentation of information with the inclusion of psychological methods.

In order to provide counteraction, it is necessary to follow the facts, the letter of the law and international law. And as a tool for counteraction, I consider it important to voice a special decision: during the period of exposure of the LPR and DPR, any actions corresponding to their interests are actions emanating from representatives of the LPR and DPR.
